Return Policy:
ONLINE RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED IN-STORE.
Returns must be postmarked within 15 days of the delivery date.
Returns must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags still attached. Items that are returned without a tag, with obvious use, makeup or deodorant stains, perfume smells, etc. may be subject to rejection.
Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of the returned item. Original shipping fees, return shipping fees, and package protection are non-refundable.
If your return does not meet the above criteria, do not attempt to return it, as it will be rejected by our returns department. Cost of re-shipping of a rejected item will be the responsibility of the customer.
Once we receive your return, it will be processed within 2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when it is processed.
Final Sale Items:
We do not accept any returns or exchanges on:
• Sale products
• Jewelry
• Accessories (purses, hair accessories, scarves, hats, etc).
• Shoes are returnable for online store credit only.
How Do I Return An Item?

Return Options:
Online Store Credit-
You will receive an email with a unique gift card code to use on our website. Please note that these credits cannot be used in a store location.
Exchange-
We will hold your exchange until we receive your return. Once your return is processed, we will get your new size shipped out. You will receive an email confirmation with your new tracking number. If the requested exchange size is not in stock, we will let you know via email and either issue an online store credit or a refund to the original payment method.
Refund-
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Refunds cannot be issued to alternate cards or different forms of payment.
How Do I Mail My Return Package?
Please package your items so that they will not be damaged in transit and include a copy of your packing slip/invoice. You can either use one of our prepaid return labels, or mail the package yourself using your preferred shipping method.
Prepaid Labels-
You can request a prepaid return label through our returns portal. Once your return is approved (please allow 48 hours), you will receive a follow-up email with your prepaid return label.
Please note that the return shipping cost will be deducted from your return credit amount. The cost of your label will be listed under your return in our returns portal.
We cannot issue prepaid return labels for orders placed through Facebook or Instagram.

You may use any postal carrier to return your items back to us at your own expense to the address below:
We recommend shipping with insurance, receiving shipment tracking, and keeping your shipping receipts until your return is processed.
